Elder Rashan A. Staley is Wednesday’s evening speaker. He has been an ordained elder since 2007 by the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ and in June 2022, was appointed Senior Pastor of his home church, Refuge Church of Christ in Far Rockaway, NY by his father in the gospel, Bishop Leroy Joseph Sr. A highly respected youth and young adult leader and author, he serves as advisor to the organization’s Young Ministers Alliance. Elder Staley is married Lady Lauren L. Staley and they have two children.
