One can find him proclaiming, “Those who pray, can expect a Miracle.” The founding pastor of Morning Glory Apostolic Ministry, Inc., located in Alexandria, VA, has been married 44 years to his wife, Lady Valerie Shy Thomas and serves as the Diocesan Bishop for the Virginia Northern Diocese in Region IV.
