In 2006, he transitioned to Bishop-of-the-House, focusing on a global ministry while Dr. Monte Norwood became Senior Pastor. Apostle Norwood later served two terms as Presiding Apostle of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, overseeing over five hundred churches in the U.S. and leading missions across twenty countries. He is a Morehouse College graduate, educator, and author committed to equipping ministers and promoting evangelism. Apostle Norwood is active in global missions, supporting initiatives in West Germany, England, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, India, Africa, and Guyana, South America. Married for 57 years to Lady Miriam Norwood, he has five children and ten grandchildren.
