Bishop Dr. Maurice Carter is the Presiding Bishop of the Virginia Western Diocese of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Apostolic Faith, Inc... Bishop Carter established Crystal Cathedral Ministries in 1994, through the leading of the Lord Jesus Christ. In 2003 He planted a second Crystal Cathedral in Hopewell, Virginia. He expanded his ministries in 2019 when he established churches in the cities of Lynchburg, and Virginia Beach, Virginia.
