This workshop track is designed to assist delegates with resources for teaching their children at home. The objective of this session is to encourage and empower participants with resources and information regarding various aspects of financial fitness including, budgeting, overcoming student loan debt, right size insurance, tithing and more.
Sister Judith Hill is the Treasurer for the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ’s International Missionary Department. She was also the Treasurer for Refuge Church of Our Lord. Sister Hill is a member of Living Waters COOLJC, in Bartow, FL where Elder Copie Abram is the Pastor.
Sister Joan Ballou is the Financial Secretary at Triumphant Church. She served two terms each as Financial Secretary for the South Carolina Palmetto Diocese Sunday School and Missionary Departments. Sister Ballou currently serves as a Senior Missionary and ABYPU President at Triumphant Church, and District II Missionary Supervisor in the South Carolina Palmetto Diocese. Sister Ballou is a banking and finance professional. She was a Branch Manager at three national credit unions, served as Vice President of Branch Operations, and has more than 35 years of consumer and mortgage lending experience. As an entrepreneur, Sister Ballou provides personal and small business money management services.
Sister Barbara Lewis is gifted in financial stewardship and renders professional and personal coaching in this regard. She is a sought-after financial and wealth management facilitator and speaker in both secular and religious realms. Sister Lewis is the Executive Director of Refuge Community Development Corporation, a
Trustee Board Member, and the Executive Assistant to Apostle Raymond Keith, Jr. Sister Lewis has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University School of Engineering. Sister Lewis is a member of Refuge in Kentucky Church, Louisville, Kentucky.
