Thursday’s afternoon midday speaker, Bishop Barkley E. Bailey Sr., is a man with a vision to build a ministry that produces believers who are equipped to carry the gospel to the world. As pastor of the Bibleway Church Complex in St. Louis, MO, he has devoted his life to grooming disciples through education, awareness and teaching of the expressed Word of God. Bailey, who has served on numerous committees on the International level, is the executive assistant of budgeting for the International Board of Bishops and also is the Diocesan Bishop of Missouri and Southern Illinois Diocese.
