Sister Shardee Johnson was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana under the leadership of the late District Elder Dr. Leonard Banks of Greater Full Gospel Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ. This is the place where she developed her love for children. She would walk around the neighborhood picking up the children for vacation bible school. She served as the IWC Councilette Chairperson during the presidency of Lady Christian Melody. She has always had a passion for the early development of children. She is currently a Kindergarten Paraprofessional. She received the recognition as Paraprofessional of the Year for the current school year. She is enrolled as a student at Grand Canyon University to pursue a degree in Elementary Education. Sis. Johnson is a member of Apostolic Lighthouse COOLJC, where her pastor is District-Elder Joseph Wilson Sr. She is the daughter of distinguished Missionary Martha Johnson. Sister Shardee Johnson’s favorite saying is the lyrics of this song, “The safest place in the whole wide world is in the will of God.” Sister Johnson is striving to go higher and higher each day by being a light to everyone she meets.
