Bishop William Jenkins is the founder and pastor of Holy Temple of our Lord Jesus Christ in Belton, Texas and the Pastor of Macedonia Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Corpus Christi, Texas. The former military serviceman is the Presiding Bishop of the East Texas Diocese Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc., and the Treasurer of the International Board of Bishops COOLJC. 

Bishop Jenkins has been married to Mother Evangeline Jenkins, the International Missionary President, for the past fifty-four years.  The Lord blessed their union with five children, who has blessed them with fifteen grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren plus an additional 25 extended grands.
