District-Elder Vaughn McRae, Sr. is the gift the Lord sent to the Refuge Apostolic Church in New Jersey. McRae, who seeks to know the will of God concerning His people, will serve as Friday’s Morning Prayer Speaker. The Army veteran, received a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from William L.
