Join Mother Barbara Magwood as she teaches Addressing the Needs of Returning Citizens from Incarceration.

Missionary Barbara Magwood is a North Carolinian, and a product of COOLJC for many years. She is founder and CEO of a God-inspired, Non-Profit, 501c3, Faith-Based, Social Justice Ministry; Project Evolution, Incorporated (PEI). PEI’s purpose is to serve Returning Citizens (formerly ex-offenders) as they transition from incarceration into society. PEI has broadened its base in July 2021 to serve Sex and Human Trafficking victims.

This workshop track is designed to assist delegates with understanding social justice concerns. This hands- on workshop introduces participants to the needs of returning citizens and an action plan to assist. Delegates will be exposed to opportunities to join the efforts of Project Evolution, the SJEREC and the IWC in providing relief aid to those in need.
